When you get in touch via the contact form or by email, the Contractor processes the following data: your name, email address, any company name, and the content of your message.
For an assignment, additional data needed for performance and invoicing is also processed, such as address details, VAT number, and bank account number.

Processing takes place on the basis of your consent, the performance of an agreement, or a legal obligation (such as the retention requirement for bookkeeping).
Personal data is not retained longer than necessary. Administrative data (invoices, contracts) is retained for seven years in line with the statutory tax retention requirement. Contact messages without follow-up are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact.
